Besides names like Method Man and Ghostface Killah of the Wu-Tang Clan, Dres from Black Sheep, Psycho Les from the Beatnuts, Onyx, M.O.P., Dilated Peoples, Royce 5`9”, Ras Kass, DJ Premier… the Snowgoons also easily manage to place a whole bunch of extremely gifted young guns on the album, proving real Hip Hop is alive and kicking this year.

The always real Emmy award-winning Oklahoma City rapper Jabee brings a powerful performance to his track ‘Tried So Hard’. From the soulful vocal sample on the Phen-produced single and the vulnerability of Jabee’ lyrics are emphasized by the haunting visuals directed by Todd Beats of a man torn to pieces by the very people he craves to please.
