This five track EP from AC is currently rocking in my iPod! Four tracks produced by Deadman Walkn, one of my favourite UK producers along with a beat from June 25th, this EP sees AC talk on issues relevant to any working class B-Boy, as he tackles some serious concepts he also breeds positivity into his songs through his blatant approach and realness which I think is something unique to him. As a musical journey this EP really works and it is one of the better free download ep’s out at the moment. Quality UK Hip-Hop once again from AC.

Deeze’s third mixtape with UK Runnings and seventh solo release is a ten track remix project produced by Tricksta who brings a new leash of life into some of Deeze’s underground tracks from previous mixtapes. Deeze has been actively releasing music now since Autumn 2010 and has already featured on tracks alongside a host of well respected names such as Jadakiss, Craig G, Supar Novar, Cyclonious, Late, Konny Kon, Phoenix da Icefire, S. Kalibre, D Gritty and more. His solid delivery and deep vocal tones have already earned him some brilliant on-line reviews as well as being asked to record an album for Chicago record label Knowledge Giving Birth which will be distributed by Island/Def Jam and produced by Rediculus. Deeze is currently working hard on his new two projects which include a mixtape DJ Ames and a street album entitled ‘Words From My Diary’ before starting to record his full length debut album.
‘Lyrical Surgery’ sees Tricksta come up with some diverse beats from the epic anthemic sounds of ‘I Ain’t Tryin To Say’ and ‘Back In The Saddle’ to more deeper strung out bangers like ‘W.O.L.V.E.S’ and ‘March Into War’, as giving up some funk-tinged jazztastic musical vibes such as ‘My Business Card’ and ‘Gimme’. Tricksta is no new comer to Hip-Hop production and has produced albums from Villains, Vicious Circle, Wolftown Committee, Late as well as getting ready to unleash his own debut album ‘Out Of Darkness Cometh Light’ which features the likes of Iron Braydz, Scorzayzee, Logic, Genesis Elijah, MCD, TBear, Dubbledge, Karl Hinds, Seanie T, Ramson Badbones, Wordsmiff and many more. Tricksta’s album is due out soon and will be released on leading independent record label RGS Entertainment.

‘The Little White Dot’ is the long awaited debut solo album written and produced by UK Hip-hop virtuoso Skriblah DanGogh and it’s coming quicker than you think! To get your appetite going we’ve hit you with this brand new music video directed by Global Faction. The track entitled ‘Belly Of The East’ is produced by Grime & UK Rap producer Smasher who has also produced for the likes of Devlin, Durrty Goodz, Ghetto, J2K, Klashnekoff, Roll Deep and more. This video is just a kind reminder us of why Skriblah and Terra Firma are so well respected in the scene.
Skriblah DanGogh a.k.a Crown Prince of Terra Firma is the renowned lyricist who arrived on the scene as part of the infamous Terra Firma and blazed trails through the industry with heavy hitters like their 2006 smash ‘The Foundation.’ Skriblah is equally well known for his solo guest features with some the brightest urban talent including Emmanuel Jal, Klashnekoff, Twin Cities, K-Nite 13, Phoenix the Icefire, Global Faction and Louis Slipperz. Advocating intelligent hip-hop, DanGogh has always been lauded for his verbal ingenuity, and his new album is no different. He couples esoteric lyrics and metaphors with bold, authentic hip-hop beats – a winning combination which inevitably draws the listener into his world. A world which explores his unique perception, addressing issues that range from very honest and intimate accounts of personal development, to frank more deeper concepts such global issues.
Whatever it is that Skriblah says it’s said with integrity and realness, the key to any great Hip-Hop artist. His album ‘The Little White Dot’ features production from Smasher, Beatbutcha, Sleeping Giants, DJ Slademan to name a few and gives the fans what they’ve been longing for: a deeper understanding of the “solid earth philosophy” from the skribe who designed it. This album is the end of the beginning, and with a second full-length album in process it serves as a prequel to Skriblah DanGogh’s personal legacy.
Skriblah DanGogh a.k.a Crown Prince of Terra Firma has a verbal impressionism that seamlessly constructs conflicting dual landscapes of sacrifice and pain as well as faith and endurance. It is a reflection and refraction, merging together many different elements to ask one question… What is waiting at the end of the darkness…?
