I’ve only really listened to this LP today, but I’m already impressed with London-based MC, Trixcity. It’s a clever release, and TrixCity shows off his flow and well-versed style, all whilst keeping it positive. You’re not going to hear dumb self-destructive lyrics from this, but at the same time you won’t hear him preaching about things he has no knowledge of. This is a pretty new release but he’s already got his style pretty tight, I’d like to hear him spit over some better beats like Dead Man Walkn or Otee the Scoundral.
Strongly recommend this one. For fans of Mic Righteous, K Koke, Akala, Logic.
