Midlands based recording artist Tommy D presents his debut charity single in aid of Stephens Story and Teenage Cancer Trust.
Having raised over £3 million for Teenage Cancer Trust – with support from the likes of Jason Manford, Coldplay, Simon Pegg, Simon Cowell, Russell Brand and a host of national and international media – terminally ill teenager Stephen Sutton captured the attention of the world with his selfless fund-raising mission and unbelievably positive attitude towards his illness.
Hip Hop recording artist Tommy D, who was born and raised in the same town as Stephen, now presents his debut charity single dedicated to Stephens Story, with all proceeds going directly to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
