UK rapper Ruthless set himself the task of writing, recording, mixing and mastering a new 6 track EP in his bedroom with a 24 hour deadline for it to drop, and mans gone and done it, bare work rate!
The concept of the idea was in 24 hours Ruthless would write 6 tracks on ideas given to him by his Facebook friends then using 6 top UK producers beats, set down to get the project done. He also found the time to get guest verses from ALEX-IS & BOBBIE JOHNSON.
The 24 HOUR PROJECT features beats from dope producers Dead Man Walkn, Danny Bones, Sixth Sense, Omar Teknology and Sagan. The people with the suggestions for the Concepts of the tracks are credited to Last Resort, Josh Marshall, Mike K-llejreo, A-Cat, King Recco and Non Appilicable.
We make it no secret here at HHL&T we’re big fans of this young UK emcee, the word ‘real’ is often banded around in Hip Hop, trust Ruthless just always comes with REAL Bars, Ruthless is an open book through his lyrics, and it’s no different with this 6 track EP. For a project that was conceived, written, recorded mixed and mastered in Ruthless bedroom in 24hours this stands up to anything else we’ve received here at HHLAT in the past week, no doubts.
