Bronx native, Denice Perez aka Dannie Swift, is a prolific writer, rapper/mc, and guitarist. In this latest release she teams up with Toronto based emcee Special, and Newark based producer Erbaknight for the track Time. The track has the two lyricists trading bars about the value of time.
Brooklyn producer Bagir-Ba presents his upcoming project entitled “Timeless Monk Remixes”. This promo video gives us a preview of several tracks off of the upcoming project. This video which is created by the artist himself is uniquely pleasant and gives you a preview of what is to come. Bagir-Ba is certainly a producer to keep a very close eye on in 2013.

Once again The Doctor’s Orders brings Hip-Hop’s underground heroes to the fore with what is sure to be yet another royal knees up!
Critically acclaimed New York based rapper-producer-DJ-historian Edan made a dent on the underground Hip-Hop scene in 1999 with the twelve-inch ‘Sing it Shitface’, but it wasn’t until his first release on Lewis Recordings that he garnered interest from both rock and Hip-Hop circles first in the UK then later, in his native US and around the world.
Primitive Plus introduced Edan’s unique and irreverent take on Hip-Hop’s past while his next album ‘Beauty And The Beat’ saw him successfully incorporating elements of 60’s psychedelia. Both albums were showered with praise, cementing Edan’s reputation as one of the most daring and adventurous artists in modern day Hip-Hop. He joins us for a 2 hour DJ set and PA alongside new partner in Rhyme Oxygen.
As ever setting the party alight as they always do are the strongest line up of residents in London in the shape of Mr Thing, Spin Doctor, Chris P Cuts and Mo Fingaz who will be taking you on an exciting, fuelled journey through two floors of Hip-Hop, Soul, Reggae and beyond at this massively popular unpretentious party.

A few months back Quelle Chris signed to a multi-project deal with Mello Music Group. As Quelle prepares his debut proper for later this year, the prolific producer/emcee (who is most famous for his work with Danny Brown, Sean Price, and Roc Marci) decided to put together a new project with some of his peoples: Cavalier, Fresh Daily, Tanya Morgan, Denmark, DJ GroWeyez, and more. The result is 2Dirt4TV Ep. 2: “Niggas Is Men”, a 13 track album dropping digitally March 19th.
After the first School Daze inspired single LONG TOKES dropped, Quelle and company put together a video for the track “We Eat It” featuring Cavalier. Through a smokey horn sample, Quelle and Cav talk that socially conscious rap about GMOs, Hydrogenated oils, and the poisonous wasteland our daily menu has become. Quelle Chris not only raps, but produces the track, and edited the video as well.
For those that have been sleeping on the two characters holding mics at Soldjasoulz shows, let us get you up to speed.
DPF has been releasing music since the late nineties as part of the Son records stable with a lot of his early work achieving cult classic status amongst heads that are tuned in to the authentic UK underground. Vinyl releases alongside artists such as Kashmere, Cappo and Def Tex paved the way for his critically acclaimed 2008 album ‘It’ll Never Catch On’ a true masterpiece which DPF held down entirely on his own with no guest features, his flair for dropping incredible wordplay and effortless delivery with tight concepts being more than enough to satisfy the listener over a full length project.
Reds is an emcee born out of sound system culture and earned his stripes commanding the mic at raves up and down the country before starting his own Chronic Redeye Music imprint in 2004. Consistently releasing hardcore reggae -inspired hip hop with a miltant edge, CDs such as Knowledge Is King and Ruffneck Intellect spread across the UK like wildfire and earned him a rep as a force to be reckoned with, cemented by his work alongside artists such as Bronze Nazareth, Main Flow, Hell Razah, Timbo King, Deadly Hunta and Manage to name a few.
Since 2009 these two elusive characters have joined forces with spectacular effect to bring you Soldjasoulz, a two-man lyrical army with a unique formula to making music that draws influence from both true school hip hop and dancehall reggae and throws them in the mix with their witty articulate style and healthy cynicism for watered down pop rap to create some absolutely killer joints that are not to be missed. If you love ill wordplay served with complex flows and refreshing honesty over banging production then this is for you.
