Midlands’s rapper Big Dutty Deeze has really made an impact on the UK Hip-Hop scene in the last eighteen months. He has collectively had over 100,000 hits on You Tube, played gigs in the UK and overseas, been signed by an American Hip-Hop label that is distributed by Def Jam and featured on more mixtapes then we can remember. Now he drops his ninth release and what a quality collection it is too.

‘Words From My Diary’ has many different shades, styles and textures. More personal tracks sit well to tracks about life and actually living! There are some killer tracks here and this for us is his best release to date. This release shows us why Big Dutty Deeze is killing the game right now.

How about some free albums from the man that is Rain? Ooh go on then.

“Rain is a London based artist that has already received attention from some of the main tastemakers in the UK as well as clocking up airplay on BBC 1Xtra, Kiss FM, Choice FM and most leading urban pirate & internet radio shows, as featuring on numerous blogs and on-line magazines. ‘Rains World’ is his brand new mixtape that is hosted by the legendary UK powerhouse Mykal Million and features collaborations with R’n’B superstar Trey Songz, as well as Blade Brown, Haze from Eurogang, Katie Pearl and Money Mayhem and production from Trackspros, Paperchase, Tha Bizness, Focus and Ben Rosan. Rain’s definitely got the internet going nuts with this one. Along with the brand new release Rain has also dropped a brand new video for ‘No How No Way’ featuring Money Mayhem, which is the third music video from this project. Swift Kirabo – Enemies (Music Video)

Really heavy track from Swift Kirabo. I’m always a sucker for straight story telling, and this track gives it. Swift has some really tight flow so be expecting us to be posting more of his stuff in the near future.

“The video is about two close friends who grow up with each other and slowly separate ways due to their different lifestyle and soon after they lose contact they become enemies see how this happens”

CIRCA ’95 PRESENTS ‘COOKIN’ UP A CLASSIC’ FEAT. DJ CHARLIE HUSTLE (PROD. BY J57 OF THE BBAS)

“Cookin’ Up A Classic is the latest single off Circa ’95 debut album “FREE LUNCH”.  It is an ode’ to that time when we would listen to mixtapes, with dope scratching and raw lyrics.  Inspired by Nas and Dj Premier, this was our opportunity to bring it to the modern times.  The track was produced by J57 of The Brown Bag All Stars and features cuts by DJ Charlie Hustle of the RDAC. We shot the video on a day trip to Hunter Mountain.  Being fans of snowboarding it only made sense for us to take a camera and show everyone how we get down.  Reph is good on the board for a city kid and Patty is new to the sport but learning quickly. One thing is we aren’t afraid of trying something new.  We don’t mind falling because somehow we just get right back up.  Look out for our future releases, as they promise to be even more ground breaking and unconventional.”

COOKIN’ UP A CLASSIC is also available on the album “FREE LUNCH”

Stealf, the producer and backbone of the De Facto Entertainment imprint, has dropped this new free download project that is well worth checking out. Kicking off with a huge cypher called “Coming For The Top Spot” we soon get into some interesting solo tracks from US artists such Solomon D’Augustine, Jackitdown Brown, Nu JerZey Devil, before getting some quality Uk material from the likes of Big Dutty Deeze, Mista Flix and Clas-Sick. St. Laz’s ‘You Can’t Go Back’ is one of the projects highlights as is the Stealf Remix of S. Kalibre’s ‘Say Peace’ which feature Kashmere, Sonny Jim, D Gritty & Genesis Elijah. On the whole this is a well rounded project and some both fans of UK and US Rap should enjoy. Make sure you grab this from this direct link now – http://www.defactoentertainment.com/releases.
