NEW Saigon video. In this song Saigon breaks down how women have replaced men with being the more grimey, deceiving, manipulative of the 2 sexes…. Do women cheat more than men??? Do you agree with this song or not?

For those of us unlucky enough not to get ourselves one yet, tickets for the huge Boom Bap Festival happening in Peterborough, UK are not sold-out just yet. The early bird ones are though, so nice one to the cats that snatched them up before the slow suckers did. The line-up is going to be so tasty I could put it on a big plate, with extra gravy. For those of you however, that managed to get your dirty little mitts on the golden tickets-I’m coming to your manor to steal them along with all your kicks. Safe.
Some of the line-up includes:
Jehst
Mystro
The Four Owls
Phi-Life Cypher
Verb-T
Fliptrix
Ramson Badbones
Buggsy
MC Mell’O
Dirty Dike
Dr Syntax
And a whoooooooole lotta others.

The late, great DJ AM’s Birthday was actually last month (March 30th), but being the busy kids we are we didn’t write up anything on his actual Birthday. So I thought it more fitting that at least we get the day right, even if it’s a month late. DJ AM was a fantastic DJ, and huge contributor to the hip-hop community. He was a big name, and although pretty mainstream by all accounts (working with dudes like Jay Z, Travis Barker, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Ghostface Killah, and Lady Sovereign to name a few) never passed up the chance or got too big headed to work with smaller or underground artists. He had technique for days, and could school anyone in the art of turntablism. Sadly in August 2009 he overdosed and passed away, it was a big shock to everyone, and for me personally he was my favourite DJ. If you didn’t know who he was back then, now’s your opportunity to find out and I strongly suggest you do.
Happy Birthday DJ AM and rest in peace.
Words: Aimee
Now anyone that knows me well enough, knows there’s nothing I like better than hearing a piece of wax gettin cut da fuck up!! So, for those that aint in the know, When it comes to Turntabilism theres not many in the UK with the skillz to pay the billz like our homie DJ Jabbathakut. Not only is he a wizard on the the Wheels of Steel, but he’s a SICK beatmaker too! So, If you need cuts laying down on a track or ya lookin for a sick beat to lace with lyricism then Jabba’s the man to turn to! Here’s a brief example of his turntable skillz

Reveal first came to the attention of the UK Hip Hop community as a member of the Poisonous Poets alongside Lowkey a few years back now, following a spell abroad and since his return to the UK Reveal has been tearing up mic’s and droppin some hard bars for the cameras.
The Street Deciplez cameras caught up with Reveal as he dropped into junction9 studios, fresh of the back of his warm up session for SB.TV and as we’ve come to expect dropped some sick bars for the viewers.
