‘Summertime’ is by 2 Dash Tone, an American hip-hop artist who we’ve featured on HHL&T in the past who is now based in Paris, France. Tone is currently signed to 64 StudiOz’, an independent label in France which embodies the essence of hip-hop.
This chilled summertime jam arrived in the HHL&T inbox overnight, and is a perfect tune to share with you on another sunny day here in the UK. Wheather you download to bump in the garden/ park having a BBQ or watch the video Directed by Frederic Louot, filmed in Paris, this clip is the perfect way to cherish the summer, right before Autumn rolls in
2 Dash talks about the track “If I don’t put this song out now, then I never will – another summer will be gone just as quickly as it came, and the winter months will ensue as we long for summer once more. At times it’s too hot, but when the sun goes down & the temperature’s bearable, we’re reminded of just how special this season can be: a time for fun, relaxing, partying, & doing what you couldn’t do all winter. Anyway, I hope this song can be the soundtrack to your summer also”
