Virginia veteran emcee Born Unique teams up with Brooklyn producer Lucky Loopiano to bring the world “The Red Devil Chronicles”. Together they cultivate a filthy recipe with 18 tracks of gritty lyricism over a dark dusty display of pure grimey Boom Bap.
Executive produced by veteran engineers Luminary and Pete Twist, you know this duo was in good hands creating this project. Art and design was handled by veteran New York City graffiti writer Gouch Nkc.
The album features some of Hip Hop’s most respected and feared emcees including Goretex, Nems, Shabaam Sahdeeq, UG, Ark Medina, Eff Yoo and Xp. With cuts being chopped up by DJ Tray and DJ Case.
The lead off single and video release for the record is “Typhoon Goons” with visuals from Gadget of Digital Hustle Films. With a solid team in place the album will not disappoint.

Los Angeles-based emcee F.Y.I. presents the HighTopBully-directed music video for “Trust Me”, the Dale Danja-produced single from his new EP ‘F.Y.I. Invented Green’.
F.Y.I. first gained notoriety in 2010 as part of trio Those Chosen on their EP ‘5ive’ (Spotify), produced mainly by Grammy-Award winning super-producer, IZ Avila. In 2012 F.Y.I. collaborated with Ab-Soul on “Dopamine” (Bandcamp), which appeared on his first solo mixtape ‘Yo! The Places You’ll Go’ which hit #1 on CMJ’s Hip Hop Charts (Bandcamp). That year he also dropped an exclusive freestyle for HipHopDX (Youtube).
F.Y.I. says he was inspired to write his new single “based on my observation of the culture and how it’s become so commercialized and watered down that people are starving to hear an emcee that they can trust to be raw and express themselves totally with NO false pretense fake sh*t.”

In December 2010, Nigerian emcee MCskill ThaPreacha released three singles and followed up in February 2011 with his debut mixtape “Metaphysical Induction”. The wide acceptability of the mixtape prompted the rapper to release another mixtape the following year and has since then been on roll, relentlessly releasing project after project each year, and with his 90’s Hip Hop style and versatility to switch at will, the emcee has garnered lots of fans home and abroad.
Five years, Seven projects later, the emcee delivers his 8th project – the much awaited album which was first announced for a June 2014 release but was later postponed indefinitely.
