After blessing the hip-hop world with classic releases by Rashad & Confidence, Beneficence, Purpose & Confidence, Da Beatminerz, The Purist & Roc Marciano and The Legion, Ill Adrenaline Records proudly presents another banging piece of raw and authentic hip-hop by Flushing, Queens legend Neek The Exotic.
Neek The Exotic first stepped on the scene in 1992 with a dope verse on Main Source’s classic joint “Fakin’ The Funk” and continued dropping underground gems since then, always backed by Large Pro on the vocals and/or beats. The longtime-friends collaboration series was highlighted by last year’s critically acclaimed Fat Beats released album “Still On The Hustle.” Neek The Exotic decided to step out of Large Pro’s continuously following shadow and work on a release totally without his extraordinary beat-making/rapping partner.
Neek The Exotic’s new EP “Comin’ In Piles” contains the underground smash hit “Get The City Warm” featuring Bumpy Knuckles & Satchel Page plus five other rough and rugged hip-hop nuggets with amazing production by Confidence (of Rashad/Purpose & Confidence), The Audible Doctor (Brown Bag AllStars), Ras Beats and Tommy Tee on the bonus track “Overseas With Officials” featuring Large Pro.

The Legion is back with some more BX rawness for your ears! Following the success of their 7-inch “Straight Flow / Automatic Systematic” from earlier this year, the Bronx trio (Chucky Smash, Molecules and Cee-Low) hits you with two more unreleased tracks before the Black Sheep/DITC affiliates bless the hip-hop world with a brand new album. “Keep Your Eyes Open” and “Street Truth” are two certified bangers recorded back in 1995 at the infamous D&D Studios, NYC.
