Yes, yes, yes! It may be angry weather in London town this afternoon, and sure my homie and I might be too scared to leave our flat for fear of getting soaked like drowned rats, but hooohooo don’t this song by Sivion (featuring production by TheARE and cuts by DJ Aslan) make me forget that. Such a positive jumping track. I don’t even care that it’s the middle of October.
Most people have done it, and most people have had it done to them. “Yeah, yeah I’m not wasted though yeah. I just wanna see you blahablahblah nah I did have like 3 or 7 drinks though”. This video is from E&D TV featuring Flabz, and I’m dedicating it to all the people that got battered, and called their exes last night. Good works guys, good work.
Xist Music and Jahaziel have released the lead music video and single from Jahaziel’s forthcoming album due out November 19th. “They Don’t Know” features a guest appearance from his uncle Maxi Priest.
Jahaziel and his family do community outreach with The Eden Network in North London. “This song is a social commentary describing the darker side of the community I live in. A side that many within it want to escape, and one that many outside of it would rather ignore.”
North West London based rapper Tevyn J presents his new visual release ‘Perfect Place’.
22-year-old Tevyn has been singing since his primary school days, but took up rapping in his late teens and has since turned to music for self expression. The humble artist uses music to give listeners a glimpse into his behaviour, thoughts and way of life.
‘Perfect Place’ is the latest visual from Tevyn, and highlights his honest and genuine approach to writing. Backed by melodically soulful production, the fast rising emcee tells a tale of love and relationships which is relatable to people from all walks of life.
The record is taken from Tevyn’s forthcoming mixtape, ‘Then And Now’, which aims to show the difference between his younger mind state and his current one.

Featuring Manchester, UK emcees Black Josh, Goshin, Chucklez, Dubbul-O, Sparkz, Frisko, Bill Sykes, Spider Jaroo & Cheech (Produced by Kydro)
Taken from ‘Kydroponics Vol.2’ – The second LP from Manchester based Producer ‘KYDRO’ and the debut release for the ‘Room 2’ recording label featuring some of the cities most in demand lyricists – Sparkz, Dubbul-O, Ellis Meade, Frisko, Black Josh, T-Man, Bill Sykes, Mothership Connection, Chucklez and MORE!
“Affirmative Action” is the first leak from the Immortals Project’s upcoming LP Rogue Agents. The song shows what a tailor made track for an emcee like El Da Sensei can do to enhance what that the song ultimately becomes. Most recently, the instrumental was used in a skate video which features Paul Rodriguez and Bucky Lasek on Tony Hawk’s YouTube Channel (Ride Channel).
Currently consisting of veteran emcee El Da Sensei and beatmaker/producer Duplicuts, The Immortals Project is based on a rotating membership where members may enter in and out of the group (similar to Crooklyn Dodgers) but the end goal is always the same, to make music for a lifestyle.
The video was shot primarily by Jersey-based V2 Photography over the course of two days. Once all video parts were edited down, Philip Ricafort took over post-production/visual EFX and really helped bring it all together to give it a modern look, but with somewhat of a film noir visual style (particularly the scenes where El & Duplicuts are dodging lasers).
“Making this video was crazy because what may not come across in the video is actually how HOT it was outside! The day of filming was 106 degrees in Newark, New Jersey which, was then followed by end-of-the-world thunderstorms, then back to heat and mad humidity! If you see beads of sweat on our faces, it isn’t just from all the running around we did but also from the intense heat! But it’s all good though because the video came out how we wanted it” states Duplicuts.
