With dreams of international notoriety, London Rapper Jones 2.0 begins his 2015 music assault by recruiting international talent for his latest single “39 Mill”. Jones and New York MC East trade rhymes on a hypnotic, hard hitting street anthem, produced by Detroit native Ice Pic (Earlly Mac producer).
The fusion between London, New York and Detroit serves as the foundation to a song which has the potential to be a dark horse hit. “39 Mill puts a positive spin on being broke,” says Jones : “The track itself is about keeping positive when you only have 39 to your name and imagining that you have 39 million instead, and then taking it just a bit further by briefly touching on what you’d do if you had 39 million.”
With a video in the works and many more scheduled releases on the way, the young London talent is definitely one to be on the lookout for.
