The latest video from Reps Reppatwa, spitting over a remix of Rick Ross’s Amsterdam. Personally I’m not a fan of Rick Ross, but the production is pretty solid, and I think Repsi does a better job of the track than the original. We’ll be shooting a freestyle/16 bar with Reps next weekend so be on the look-out for that’ it’s going to be gold, kids.

Kulez latest EP ‘Draughts Pick’ is out now. The production on it as usual is ridiculous, and should only be played with huge speakers. This is some of his best material to date (in my humble opinion of course), so if head over to his Soundcloud page to cop the EP for free.
We received a super nice email from an L.A-based MC named Doug. The message was so sincere and honest in fact, that I was worried upon actually listening to his music he would be a horribly shallow rapper talking about bitches and bling, and we’d have to chuck that super nice email in the trash (it’s an almost daily occurrence kids). Well luckily enough for us, and you, his skills were as good as his manners. The production in ‘A Trip’ has so much jazz in it that it had me instantly nodding my head like one of those dog things you have in the back of your car. His content is intelligent, but not pretentious and I like how his flow very much works with the instrumentation of the tracks he spits over. I’m generally excited to hear Doug rap, and we’ll be definitely keeping an eye on this dude in the future. For fans of Aesop Rock, Ecid, 2-Dash Tone.
P.S for those of you that think good manners won’t get you far, being a dick won’t get you anywhere at all. Especially in underground genres. Take note.

Even though this was released for some summer vibes, since this week (well where I am at least) the sun is making a guest appearance I figured now was a good a time as any to let you get your dirty mitts on a free 9th Dan track. A little a gem to come out of the BLESTeNATION camp. These New York natives have been pretty quiet for far too long, and I was all but giving up on seeing them release another record (some dude was seriously selling their early album for $66 on Amazon, sheesh!) Werdplay, one quarter of the hip-hop three has just released a cheeky rough track called ‘Love To Hater’. Now whether he”ll put out anything else on his own or with BLESTe is anyone’s guess but here’s a little something to tide you over regardless. If you share the video, then you can get the download of the track for free. Seems like a fair deal to me.
