Check out our Cambridge homie Stakka Lyrics aka Sclass mixtape ‘I Still Think It’s The 90’s’ its the first release on the newly formed Rhyme Pad Records. Stakka is a veteran of the UK scene with Rhyme Pad Records the latest addition to his input within UK Hip Hop. You may also remember him as a member with dope Cambridge crew, Delegates of Culture, going under the name Sclass, and more presently as a co-host on the sick internet radio show Rhtyme Pad Radio featuring the best in Independent Hip Hop from around the UK and the globe.

Allow the production, and you’ve got an MC with some real potential and talent. Boy knows how to switch his pace and style up; he just needs a producer to give him some really good beats. Shawn Cayce’s got real skill.

A pretty introspective and very nostalgic track from Apollo Brown and Guilty Simpson. Lyrically, the narrative is well written and I’ve just the play button on repeat since I first heard it. For fans of Apathy and Cunninlynquists.

Recently received ‘Maximum Potential’ from JP Beats, featuring George Clinton, Planet Asia, Boots Riley (The Coup) & Tri-State. It’s got some interesting production to it, I’m not really sure what the chorus and outro is about, but hey there’s nothing wrong with trying something different. It’s from JP Beats’ fourthcoming album ‘The Warning’ which will be released November 6th.
