The ‘hardcore fans are going to love this track just as much as the ‘conscience’ kids (yeah, yeah apostrophes because it doesn’t really mean anything, but then you’ll better understand). Basically, if you’re a fan of Common, but not so much as the Army Of Pharaohs, then Scheme will have something for both camps.

After trawling through about ten cheesy offerings from the dark confines of the internet, and a few weird span forwards for added bonus, I finally came across this little gem courtesy of rapper R.ichard Oasis and producer, Audio Games. The beats are off-key and cut up weirdly, the MCing is surreal and sometimes non-linear, and yo, it’s rad! These two make a good team, and if you like Aesop Rock, both as a rapper and producer, Dibs and Dilated Peoples then you might like these guys too.

I’m really feeling this track from Toronto native IGZ. It’s got a sombre flow and narrative to it, and IGZ has a nice vocal tone to his rapping. We’ve posted a few of his previous stuff before (just click his name in the searchy, search button on the front page to check out his other material), and the more I hear from this dude, the more I enjoy. For fans of Apathy, Atmosphere, Ruthless. ‘The True Meaning’ is off the upcoming “IGZPLICIT” dropping Summer 2013, and I’m definitely looking forward to hear what else IGZ can pull out.
