August 7th marks the date that former Shady Records artist Obie Trice will unleash his highly anticipated album, “The Hangover”. The first single off the project “Good Girls”produced by Magnedo, which currently has over 340k streams on Spotify since its release on June 16th, continues to gain momentum online and on the airwaves.
And to keep the streets abuzz, the multi-platinum selling emcee has just released a new track for fans who pre-order a digital copy of “The Hangover” on iTunes. The bass-heavy and aggressive banger“Dealer” produced by Atlanta’s own M-Millz, finds Obie Trice trading bars with his former labelmate and G-Unit henchman Young Buck. Up and coming Detroit lyricist Tone Tone proves that he could hold his own as he joins the two rap heavyweights on the song.
When discussing how the song came together, Obie says it was meant to be. “Got my executive producing on and I envisioned Buck on it with that Ten-A-Key swag. And then I pictured my east side Detroit homie Tone Tone with his voice and hometown swag. Made it happen and there you have it, DEALER!”
