‘Almost Blue’ is an EP in tribute to the great Chet Baker from the members of Millennium Jazz Music’s on-line community that is the Jazz Jousters group. With their shared love of Jazzhop and Jazz orientated music the group was inspired by Chet Baker and decided to have a lab off session
The project features versions from the likes of international beatsmiths such as, Mr. Moods, DRTYDRDZ, Joe Davies, Blue Buttonz, Gadget & B 3 N B I who all bring various ingredients and leave us with this flavourful little dish on the table for the taking.
This was not the first or last mass collaboration project to come from the Jazz Jousters group as this was a result of only a small number of their community of musicians, poets, emcees, Dee Jays, producers and music lovers.
