This is a taste of the Hip-Hop Foundations course at Skinners’ Academy, Hackney. They have had the honour and privilege of working with 60 Year 8 and 9 (age 12-14) students as part of the school’s new Saturday education programme. Hip-Hop Foundations engages students in the beauty of language and builds literacy skills, confidence and self-esteem.
