Bishop explains “I been working on a lot of stuff recently.. Not that I ever stop. But I started working in a less sporadic way. That sounds like a cool tape name or EP name or something. But lets stay at step one with that being said this track came about from a beat I had in the vaults before Beatty Crocker rose. But the song I sampled is one of my favorite by Miss Erykah & when I heard it again an idea instantly arose & quickly. Like there were Latinas around or something.. But anyway I digress from my summary. This struck chord with me because of all the I cant breathe talk going around regarding Eric Garner. “Breath is the Spirit because without it theres death”.. Sometimes we all need to stop everything and just breathe for a second.”
