Stann Smith also referred to, as “The Sober Poet” is a Hip Hop Artist/Music Producer who prides himself on not drinking alcohol, smoking, or using Drugs. He is also the Co-founder of EKOET, a subculture of individuals who refrains from using alcohol, tobacco and other recreational drugs.
Stann’s “Ferguson” is the outcry of police brutality from young black men inspired by the death of Michael Brown #EKOET. “Ferguson” is the first track from Stann’s newly launched “EKOET Winsday,” which is a series where Stann will drop a new track or video every Wednesday at noon.
