“The Gemini Effect” is the first single from Idiomz’s remix album with UK based beatmaker GodzG. GodzG meticulously attacked the acapellas from The Gemini Effect and gave the project an uplift. This single features J-Hakeem and a video for the single is already done.
The Gemini Effect was conceived as a call and response whereas cunning is pitted with intellect to both expose and dispel the propaganda tool commonly referred to as the Gemini effect. J. Hakeem represents the cunning with his skillful use of word play and alternate meaning while Idiomz represents intellect crafting metaphorical references for enlightenment. In a musical landscape where it seems lyrics and meaning are being “dumbed down”, The Gemini Effect is deliberate in that once you have listened, you pretty much have no other choice but to ponder its intent.
