Making his debut on the Boom Bap Professionals label is Crawley Downs via Oxford via East London boy, Elliot Fresh with his EP – aptly entitled ‘Dunce Hats’.
The EP is a collection of songs Elliot wrote when the weather was shit but promises to be most definitely everybody’s silver lining. It features production from Mexico’s own Harry Caine, Liverpool’s finest Rack Mode and Manchester’s baldest, Fish.
Elliot Fresh has collaborated with some of the world’s dopest and released a hefty amount in the past year and a bit. Beginning with his debut album ‘Now….’ in June 2012 entirely produced by beat-chap Sam Zircon, a muscular set of collaboration continues with the likes of Mello Music Group’s Trek Life, the Grand Imperial Cappo, beat-animal Kista, Eatgood Records’ Redbeard & Kosyne and whole host of other dope individuals.
Look out in the not too distant future for his ‘Pierce Artists’ collaboration LP with Deeq to be released on BBP. Until then, clear up your schedule for like 10 minutes or something, sort yourself out with a cuppa and tuck in to the slightly obscure mind of Elliot Fresh!
