In the video, the Detroit emcee/producer takes you on a journey of “audio art” as he sees it…
The eclectic Kepler Gold has officially announced his arrival with the release of his debut music video, ‘Tipple In My Jar’.
A bonus track on his new mixtape Walking Among Strangers – available now to download – ‘Tipple In My Jar’ sees Kepler float over the instrumental from LA duo Blu & Exile’s ‘Maybe One Day’, with the artist doing the beat more than enough justice. Kepler filmed and edited the video himself, it’s remarkable to think the artist has enough time to make great music all while he studies for his Masters in Nuclear Physics!
Though based in the UK for the last decade, 23-year-old Kepler Gold has lived in France, Ghana, Belgium, Canada and the United States at various points growing up, leading to a broad palette of musical influences to draw from as a rapper and producer. Music is a relatively recent venture for the limitless Kepler, but the artist has already caught up on some of the more established emcees – since his debut mixtape in February, Kepler has released a further three projects (each available to check out on his Bandcamp page) – and now with his debut visual Kepler is all set to attract the wider acclaim he so very deserves.
J.Nolan is an emcee originally from New Haven, Connecticut, now residing in Atlanta. The song is titled “Speed of Light”, produced by Tuelv and is a part of Nolan’s #DistinguishYourself music series. Here’s what Nolan himself had to say about the record:
“Around this time of year, many people start thinking of their New Year’s resolutions and “Speed of Light” is more of a new day’s resolution, so to speak. It’s a reflection of all the different goals we set for ourselves and having the courage to build towards them and take action while we can, because the opportunity can very well be gone in a flash.”
Luton, UK emcee 5n6 with the track ‘In The L’, Produced by DuGGi Beats, featuring cuts by NYC’s DJ Crazy Fingaz. Track taken from 5n6’s upcoming album ‘Existence’. Out soon!
After dropping the video for “CHILL” the love, supporters and listeners have been growing for Phreshh Phleaux (pronounced fresh-flo), so he thought why not drop “Ready To Live” to further showcase his skills. The track also serves as an ode to fallen and fellow Brooklyn native The Notorious BIG.
With Statik playing the role of tour DJ for Joey, Pro Era came on the show and kicked the cypher off. Tune in to Showoff Radio each and every Thursday from 8p till Midnight EST on Shade 45. For more freestyles, log on to www.Allindstrom.com today.
