Zachary Aaron Mathews AKA Zak1, is a hip hop artist born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked with the finest and biggest names that have come from that region and lots more. His credits in the studio include work with Spice1, Berner (of Taylor Gang), Chinx Drugz, San Quinn and Mac Dre. Zak1 was one of the last artists to record with Mac Dre before his death, The pair recorded a smash single called “Mobbz Man Menace” that had the Bay Area streets crazy.
Enter 2013, Zak1 is back at it with another certified banger called “Bout Dat” Ft. Mistah F.A.B. Produced by Sean T who has produced tracks for heavy weights like The Game, E-40, Juvenile, Too Short, The Outlawz to name a few. Zak1 hooked up with the Bay Area OG and created magic. The single will appear on his upcoming album “Not Your Average White Rapper” slated for release later this year.
