‘No Wave’ is the latest release from Bristol based rapper ThisisDA, this time veering away from his anticipated debut album ‘Super Arkane’ with a loosie produced by Evil Needle and Sivey.
The melodic synth-heavy futuristic G-Funk production of Evil Needle and Sivey showcases ThisisDA’s skills over a very different sound than the classic boom bap we’ve been hearing from him recently with Mankub produced tracks ‘Lifers’ and ‘Elysium’. Look out for more new music from ThisisDA in the next few weeks, and for the highly anticipated debut album ‘Super Arkane’ dropping in December…

Portland, Oregon rapper/producer Dust has just released a brand new video that’s already garnered some death threats.The video was shot in Portland’s Old Church, and features a congregation being duped by religious leaders into attending a mass Jonestown party. Don’t drink the Kool-Aid.
‘Playing God’ is taken from the album ‘Dust Raps the Blues’ a collage of whisky-soaked breakups and breakbeats. The album is reminiscent of the old delta blues crossed with 90’s rap. It has been described as “Macklemore meets B.B. King.”
