We’re getting quite used to the amount of beat tapes we get sent over here on a monthly and weekly basis. It’s been an ever-growing influx of awesome projects from some really talented producers and DJs. ‘We Still Believe’ is no different, and a if a fun concept album from Oakland-based producer, RYe Mann. The whole idea behind it is based on the basketball team, the Golden State Warriors. Now. since both Stix and I are big basketball fans, this pretty much was a sure-fire with us, as soon as it was sent to us. However, if it hadn’t been this interesting, eclectic and diverse in style and beat, then it probably wouldn’t have been featured. Just as well then eh?
Although just in case you’re not the sharpest person in the world, you really don’t have to be a bball or GSW fan, it’s just good music.
