Very excited to finally bring you all this! After months of releasing material from the ‘Pay Day Series’ every 1st and 15th of each month, Swerve and SYG have now dropped the official Pay Day EP all in one format, and as ‘Name Your Price’. If you’ve been following this series with us you’ll know that these guys have been firm favourites over here at HHLAT, and yes we believed the hype, and loyally posted all their series material. See what happens when you make good music, and are generally nice people too? A million screaming fans, and a giant car made of diamonds homie. Well, maybe not in that order, but you do get our backing, and that’s worth at least £20(00000000).
Anyway, this EP will have something for pretty much everyone, but particularly if you’e fans of Macklemore, Murs and Blue Scholars. Although if you’re not a fan of any of those artists, then I strongly suggest you still take a listen as this a really diverse mix of hip-hop, mixing a whole bunch of elements and ideas, some obvious, and some not and coming out with something very original.
