Another collaborative joint from our homies over at Rhythm 22, and the collective Pragmatic Theory. You may well remember their summer album ‘Summer In The City’ which we posted in er, December (it was summer in Zambia) which racked up an impressive 100k plays on Bandcamp.
Not to be caught, sleeping Rhythm 22 and Pragmatic recently released “Cor Stidak & Keor Meteor – ‘Widespread Irregularity” earlier this month, and now they’re back at it again. ‘Phonaesthetics’ is the latest project from the camp, and it features a plethora of artists from allllll over including, Melanin 9, Fish Grease, Anatomy, Es-K, Defcee & Wizard Jenkins The Great, Chromadadata, Prozak Morris, 5th Sequence and a WHOLE lot more. The album itself is as diverse as the rappers and the producers that are featured, so you’re going to have to take our word for it, and have a listen.
Also, if you’ve noticed our true love for Rhythm 22, that’s because I’m a super fangirl of those guys, and Stix and I are pretty much fans of anyone that works hard and gives back to this community. There’s a few on our less-than salty list, but those suckers just don’t get mentioned at all, so I wouldn’t worry sugar sweet.
