You need to get to know about this talented pair of rapper/producer types from Wolves City who represent the UK Boom Bap sound to the maximum. Their beats are top notch, like really top notch, like Vinnie Paz, Pete Rock, Alchemist and Torae fans get ready, musically you’ll be in heaven.
It was nice to see a new crew like Lost Alliance team up with Tricksta, I mean you know we love good old Tricksta, he too hosted & mixed our mixtape so we got mad love for our Uncle Tricksta, but (and I am sure he wont us saying this) this tape is not about him, although he does flip a remix and produce a deadly beat for their Big Dutty Deeze collobo ‘We Do It’.
What’s nice about Lost Alliance is that they really have a sincere approach to their music which can be heard in their bars. Good quality stuff from the top, they talk on life in the UK but are not over drenched with political points or illumati theories. Its honest, its solid and one of the best mixtapes we’ve heard for ages. This is pure dope.
