Educated Guests are proud to announce the first instalment of The Night School Sessions, a night of underground UK hip hop covering the whole spectrum of the scene from the biggest and best to the up and coming and the underrated. For the opening show acclaimed London collective Triple Darkness will be performing their first group gig in over 3 years, supported by some of the brightest up and coming talent in the scene and hosted by Defcon’s Natty Speaks.

Triple Darkness is a London collective originating from the three man group who released the highly acclaimed 2008 album Anathema. There are now 11 members consisting of some of the finest in the scene, and with M9’s 2012 album Magna Carta receiving widespread praise plus upcoming releases from Cyrus Malachi (Black Athena April 20th), Phoenix Da Icefire (Cinematic), Tesla’s Ghost and Ray Vendetta to name a few, 2013 is shaping up to be a massive year for Triple Darkness.
DEM OR US (Datkid / Baileys Brown aka Dee Green)
Dem Or Us is a Bristol based group built around producer/rapper Baileys Brown and Split Prophets member Datkid. With one of the most talked about singles and albums of last year (Wordplay magazine’s single of the year – Home By 8) and plenty of projects in the pipeline, you will be hearing a lot more from them both in the near future.
K9 (Frenglish Connexion)
Frenglish Connexion member, Blak Twang protégé and raw golden era sound specialist, K9 has been putting in the work with three mixtape releases and a selection of well-received Youtube tracks (Rawthentizm/Fahamu) under his belt, he is now set to release a debut album this summer.
UNION BLAK (Kimba / SirWill)
New Jersey rapper Kimba and producer/DJ SirWilliams make up Union Blak. The duo recently released their DJ 279 co-signed promo single, Street Englisch, gaining recognition both sides of the Atlantic.
