A little reality check for your early afternoon listening. Spectac critiques popular culture, our casual dismissal for one another’s suffering, having a college degree but not doing a whole lot of nothing with it (I hear that), and whilst America may have a black president, not a lot has changed for the people down on the ground. Considering the song itself is only 2 minutes long, Spectac articulately fits a lot in those bars all to a dope instrumental courtesy of DJ Shakim.
Spectac has been away from the game for a few years, and the duo’s joint effort ‘For The People’ which was released February 19th marks a welcome return to the lyricist.
