Uncommon Burners is release that has little something for everyone. It’s a perfect introduction to the label, or if you’re a fan or already aware of their movements, then this is a expected release from the Uncommon Records camp. It’s an LP full of bangers, and no fillers. They’ve picked some of their artist’s best to represent on this record. If you’re a fan of Army Of The Pharaohs, K.I.N.E.T.I.K, Blueprint and Aesop Rock then I think you’ll find some rappers on this that you might just love.
Since the only people who buy records anymore are pop kids and diehard underground music fans (that’s you guys), then the indie record companies need your support even more, but that also means they put out cool bundles like this:

Uncommon Records has released Uncommon Burners 2, the definitive collection recapping their last three years as a label. The album features Prince Po, Billy Woods, Acid Reign, Atari Blitzkrieg, Aeon Grey, Short Fuze & Nasa, Agartha Audio & Taiyamo Denku, Pruven and more. The production stems mostly from Uncommon’s Owner & Founder, Nasa as well as from Agartha Audio along with some self produced bangers from some of the artists. It recaps an incredible time for the label where it’s become the clear destination for the best in Progressive Hip-Hop with it’s 17 major releases (among other side projects) during that span. This was also the time period where Uncommon proved it’s innovative role with the Orange Army street teams and grew the annual Yule Prog series to greater and greater heights.
The release of Uncommon Burners 2 is free digitally in 8 track (fully streamable) form. There is also a 16 track CD bundle version that includes a dual poster, limited edition sticker and t-shirt.
