Surf Ninjas are back with another track that definitely has the feeling of not making a whole lot of sense, but still manages to be remain catchy as fuck all at the same time. The fact that this track sounds completely different from the last video we promoted just proves that these dudes have a library of ideas. You have to respect them for experimenting with new concepts, time codes and production, I expect their full-length to be just as eclectic. In fact I demand it!
JT White from the group called it ‘Trap boom bap’, I think I kind of understand what he means.
Last time I said this was for fans of Ecid, Eyedea, Cecil Otter, now I’ll add Azealia Banks to that list for the sake of this song.
