Jaz Kahina is a female rapper and well known face on the UK Hip Hop scene, having showcased her talent at countless open mics and live shows alongside artists such as Wiley, Mr Ti2bs, Illaman, Prose & Pariz-1. Jaz Kahina has recorded with various artists and has appeared on BBC 1Xtra’s Fire In The Phone Booth presented by Charlie Sloth aswell as being featured on DJ Semtex’s blog. Jaz Kahina is an extremely versatile rapper that is able to write to many genres of music and can vary her lyrical content from clever word-play to insightful, intelligent and conscious lyrics delivered with confidence and passion.
With a strong love of Hip Hop and a developed sense of musical direction, Jaz Kahina now releases her debut single “Gone” in which she teams up with New York legend Agallah Don Bishop, formerly 8-Off The Assassin who’s impressive back catalogue includes collaborations and production for artists such as Busta Rhymes, Mobb Deep, EPMD, Beatnuts, Big Pun and Cameron to name but a few.
